To complete this project, a Quality Management System, based upon the applicable requirements of international standard ISO 9001: 2008, has been established to assure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
The System has been planned and developed in conjunction with other Management Functions to provide systematic, planned, cost effective procedures, and uniformity of working methods to determine and achieve the required quality and eliminate deficiencies.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Quality management System is implemented consistently and is regularly reviewed to reflect the requirements of the contract.
The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Quality Management System and as organizational independence free from technical and commercial restraints.
The effective operation of the Quality Management System is the responsibility of all concerned and is fundamental to the Management of the Project.
